2. Do you offer custom-made products?
Currently, we do not offer custom-made products. However, we are always updating our catalog to meet diverse style preferences and needs.

Order and Payment
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse through our product catalog, select the items you want, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready to check out, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. All available options will be displayed at checkout.

We offer shipping across Pakistan. For remote areas, delivery times may vary.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. Delivery to remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Certain items like sale or customized products are non-returnable. For more details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
2. How do I return an item?

3. How long does it take to process a refund?
